What if you being truly you, expressing your deepest dephts of heart and highest aspirations of the soul is exactly what someone else needs to not fall apart, not feel so lonely, to feel «right», find hope, see a ray of light, feel joy and find peace? 🐛🦋🕊️
We don’t heal from the surface, from the light cruising in the eternal seeking of pleasure or numbing or business/busy-ness. We heal from the dephts of the deep, from seeing and embracing our shadows, what we fear and tend to avoid, by allowing ourselves to really see and feel what we see and feel, and respect and embrace it all. In this space of allowing and embracing the always present, inherent possibility of healing is given space to unfold.
And eventually… When
Safe is becoming a steady friend, allowing ourselves to express ourselves in the world from the deepest I❤️ And let’s remember that expressing ourselves can be sharing our deepest, peaceful, loving, embracing silence✨ (NOT the same as «the silent treatment»)
We can allow ourselves to do it all at a pace that makes us feel safe. Allowing both babysteps and giant leaps as they represent different stages in the process of freeing ourselves, on the way to freedom. And peace.
Sometimes we’re the rabbit, sometimes the fox, sometimes the bee, sometimes the bear. And maybe we have many cocoons inside, and many butterflies to set free? 🦋🦋🦋
We all just want to feel joy, feel free, be at peace, don’t we? Isn’t that why we do all the stuff we do?
